Turner Concrete Company, Inc., has served Elberton & Northeast Georgia’s construction industry since 1954 . Started by two brothers, whose father was a bridge builder, we now have cement plants in Elberton, Hartwell and Lavonia, Georgia. With a fleet of 60 trucks, we can supply all your ready mix concrete needs, for large or small projects.

With locations in Elberton and Athens, Georgia, both modern concrete block plants provide all types of concrete blocks, cement pavers and other concrete building products.
